God Will Make A Way - Don Moen
God will make a way
Where there seems
to be no way
He works in ways we cannot see
He will make a way for
me
He will be my guide
Hold me closely to His side
With love and
strength for each new day
He will make a way, He will make a way
By a roadway in the wilderness, He'll lead me
And rivers in the desert will I see
Heaven and Earth will fade but His Word will still remain
And He will do something new today
this was what i took away from powerpraise today. and i believe i didn't take it away by chance. nothing happens by chance.
Your Name - Paul Baloche, Glenn Packiam
As morning dawns and evening fades
You inspire songs of praise
That rise from earth to touch Your
heart and glorify Your Name
Your Name is a strong and mighty tower
Your Name is a shelter like no other
Your Name let the nations sing it louder
'Cause nothing has the power to save
But Your Name
Jesus, in Your Name we pray
Come and fill our hearts today
Lord, give us strength to live for You and glorify Your Name
this was another thing i took away. real meaningful songs.
difficult times now, it's a challenge and a struggle. cause it's streaming. maybe it will not be a big deal in a few years time, but it's the biggest deal now.
but what i took away from service today, was to put God first. as my All In All. because then God will be in my everything and anything. the ultimate number one.
exams are coming. and i suddenly feel this oppressing cloud of darkness hovering over me. maybe not so much about the other subjects, but especially for maths. i need to practise, practise and practise even more. with less than two weeks to the exam, i'm stressed like nobody's business.
spent an afternoon studying at church. study until fall asleep. aiyo. so phail. i will study at the library everyday starting tomorrow after school. one subject everyday. yes. i'll start with geog. and i will study alone. else i'll get distracted.
there's only one reason why i'm so stressed now. to quote Gillian, i studied too little, too late. really.
on a lighter note, i got my piano exam results. :) surprise surprise, i got distinction! :D i seriously think the examiner's ears were a little phail. ahaha. my playing wasn't that fantastic. and aural was shit. how could i have gotten a distinction?
but still, i'm thankful for the results. regardless of whether the examiner's ears were a little off. haha.
and i like Bach. haha. i've chose Bach for the next exam piece. i love that song. :) left hand running notes are awesome. haha.
the Lord will be my Strength, my Provider and my Peace.
